its on the east coast which can narrow it down, i personally dont think it would be NY because it just doesnt look right, if i had to guess its probably based on Boston. Also because you can hear people slamming on their brakes and sirens in the backround, perfectly fitting the way people drive in Boston.

Its just annoying in general, Most popular RP maps dont have it since it is annoying, Like keep the train sounds just remove the rest please. I'd use this map for my 40 slot server if this issue was fixed honestly. I love the map tho.

The background of the problem is that it is very unpleasant, I myself a server on the map rockford and this map is no background noise.
You should know that players darkrp do not like the background noise for most people, this is embarrassing for those who make videos, stream, and then spend hours on the server with the noise are beginning to break ears.
