Must be connected to the fact GLaDOS didn't play her line (the door opens when she finishes it) Try changing the language, maybe there is no translation to these lines in your language...

I had another idea of simulating this gel transportation effect by using kind of an invisible prop_tbeam or something, but that would be difficult and buggy for shure. Do you have any other ideas?

Sorry this took so long (I was away for the last week). Anyways, in Diverity Gels the gel is what you might call "cinematic". It's not really physics at work there: I used a particle effect (blob_curve_blue) which makes the gel look like it's being sucked through the tube. When you turn the laser off the particle stops playing and a real info_paint_sprayer starts, well, to spray paint. This is the only way to make a stream of gel travel through vents.

Just one question, I've been trying my own vactubes, but looking all around in hammer only managed to transport physic objects, not gels. It doesn't work with normal trigger_push or similar. I'm becoming crazy to make gels work out with tubes. Can u tell me what kind of brush/entity did u use to make gel transportable in the tubes??

Also, Bounce Maneuver has been taken down for the moment because it will be featured in the Back-Stock mod that might be released in the distant future.
For both of your maps, it looks like a lot of work went into the custom effects for such short puzzles - are you planning to make the actual puzzles longer eventually? I have the opposite problem - I made a huge puzzle, but am still learning how to do the custom effects =)

next time I see a Diversity Vent, I will take nothing for granted, thank's to your feedback.
About your second question - Diversity Vents are not as simple as other test elements. They are constructed, mainly, by invisible entities which give them the properties you need for your puzzle - In this case I made gel flow through it, you can make (in hammer) the vent to do whatever you'd like...
