This is one of those additions that blend into the world of Skyrim so well, you almost forget that they weren't there from the begininng. Great job, indeed!

I love small addons like these , theyre not going to change the game a lot or give you huge content , but make it just a little bit better and more immersive overall :D
Astromist 5 Apr, 2019 @ 7:42pm
Thank you very useful

TESV: Skyrim: God Amongst All Edition 11/23/2018 has just been released. Thank you for your amazing mod that contributed greatly to making this mod collection what it is today. Newly included in this collection are the Unofficial Skyrim Patches making this game run as stable and smooth as Skyrim Special Edition. Thank you again for your amazing addition to the collection. Check it out at https://cs2bus.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/comments/106745968 . Your one arrow to the knee that's left, Timesplitter. :steamfacepalm:

This mod puts lanterns in many places where nobody would actually put a lantern, like on a tree stump with nothing and nobody around, or on the first step of a staircase where people would easily knock it over. I found it silly and immersion-breaking and uninstalled it.

Is this mod okay for Dragon Born DLC?
Timesplitter 14 May, 2018 @ 7:39pm

I think the Ivarstead changes added a bridge that now covers up the Nirnoot by the delapidated house. I can hear the Nirnroot, but it sounds like the bridge is covering it up. I otherwise really enjoy this mod.

Beautiful. Travelling at nighttime is a whole new experience. I have a very low-end system, so I can do very little to change the washed-out Vanilla look. I always liked the grittiness, but a little color wouldn't have hurt. Now, with this mod and the Static Mesh Immersion Mod it's like I'm playing in mellower Thomas Kinkade's Skyrim...colors only slightly enhanced, but the lanterns at night, oh baby! It's like I'm walking into a real village...almost.

This mod is a must have for anyone who wants to make their skyrim more realistic. 10/10

I found this intriguing, way to go!

Mod works fine except for the fact that the lanterns are glitched underneath the ground. I'm sure this is from another mod I have installed so I'll find which one it is and put it on here so everyone knows. Nonetheless, a great mod with a hearty amount of work put into it.
chris☭ 28 Oct, 2017 @ 11:21am
I'm sad, this doesn't work with "Point the Way" by Arthmoor. The lanterns are glitching inside the signs, so I'm only able to download the village version, which makes me sad, becauseI really liked the sawmills and farms with some lanterns :)
Nevertheless it's pretty nice :)

deff makes a large difference well worth getting.

How come you didn't do any of the big cities like Windhelm and Solitude?
WR3ND 12 Nov, 2016 @ 6:33am
OK, it looks like it's still happening during the day during as storm when the lantern light casting is off that the lightning strikes make them flash on.
WR3ND 8 Nov, 2016 @ 10:36pm
Might have been a weird remnant in my save file. I loaded up an earlier save and haven't noticed the issue since then, but I haven't really seen a lightning rain storm yet either.

I vaguely remember hearing that lightning was a built in feature that was disabled by default; not sure though. So, maybe that was the issue.

Will report back if I notice it again. Great mod though. Really enjoy it beyond the issue I was having with the lantern light flashing with lightning strikes.
WR3ND 7 Nov, 2016 @ 9:16am
Lantern light flashes with lightning. This is very noticeable in Falkreath when it's storming out and is pretty annoying. I thought maybe this was due to a weather mod I was using, so got rid of it and even went so far as to completely remove Skyrim and reinstall it – the weather mod was a bit over the top anyway – but I guess it's just an issue with this mod itself.

Is this a known issue and are there any workarounds or similar?
ZetaTodd 28 Oct, 2016 @ 10:58am
there will be a version for Special Edition?

Nicely done and excellent looking mod
DeadassCat 1 Jul, 2016 @ 1:29pm
is this compatable with towns and villages enhanced?
Arielle 25 Jun, 2016 @ 8:50pm
I love this mod in addition to the one on Nexus - "Wearable Lanterns" ....now I can travel in the middle of the night and see where I'm going :) and it's just the right amount of light.
Celtic_kitty 23 Jun, 2016 @ 3:13am
Thank you for this mod, it is nice to be able to see what I'm doing & where the heck I am. I'm using this with the TAVE mods (enhanced cities) and haven't had any problems running this with about 100 other mods (sigh, how did that number happen?). I don't find them too bright; they're about the equivalent of a torch or two, and it's a nice light - not the nasty sodium colour that modern cities use today.

No

i wanna know if it conflicts with enchanced cities

Absolutely excelent

I really like these small environment mods. And this one is on the top. The only thing I want to inquire about are the Signs and Guide Posts. Claralux has a pretty good set-up, but it's almost too orangey looking. Some of the lights are WAAAY TOOO BRIGHT! It comes with a Mod Moanager, but the option to turn off the lanterns for the roads will not work. I like your lighting the most. Great Color, Decent Bloom Fields, and Light Intensity are the 3 Main reasons why I like yours.
Spaceman 25 Apr, 2016 @ 5:03am
Good Mod, the Lanterns are working as far as i can see everywhere on the map --- Thumb Up!
Bonzo 28 Feb, 2016 @ 7:45am
The Lanterns aren't working in Riften but then again I don't see Riften listed above.

Did you forget Riften?! Great mod, but ADD RIFTEN
Kiersten 7 Feb, 2016 @ 4:38am
I've had this mod for months now and I'm not sure how I played without it. The lanterns are absolutely unobtrusive, not too many, not too few. Makes it a heck of a lot easier to find the road at night as well.
RiskyFoxTrot 28 Jan, 2016 @ 8:52pm
is this compatible wtih climates of tamriel?
$oul™ 25 Jan, 2016 @ 2:52pm
Such simple addition totally changes the atmosphere of the game... that feeling when you see a glimmer of light in the distance and you've finally made it back to civilisation.
