Tsar Regalia

This mod adds a traditional Russian crown-cap based on the Monomakh's cap. orb and scepter, as well as shoulder-mantle — barny. They're given to the creator of Russian Empire. There are two different sets. One with crosses for Orthodox creator of the Empire and one without for other religions.

Savegame compatible. Will be given out even if the Russian Empire already created.
The mod doesn't change any vanilla files, should be compatible with any mod.
Achievments non-compatible, as it still changes the checksum.

To do:
- Make the regalia visible on the portrait.
