Description
Fictional disused branch line style route.

Based on a modern-day disused branch, closed to regular traffic and subsequently fallen into disrepair. Special attention has been given to close-to-line detail, such as shrubs, grass in fields and track equipment. Includes a factory complex, a typical branch station with sidings and a junction station linking up to a mainline. The track allows for runarounds using loco-hauled stock. Ideal for both freight and passenger.

-Route length is approximately 7 miles.

-Time to traverse is 15 to 20 minutes.

-Only requires the Riviera Line: Exeter to Paignton route (modern version) to run fully.

-Best enjoyed as a sandbox-style free roam route.

-Recommended use in summer/autumn since most of the lineside foliage disappears in winter/spring.

Route is final. Scenarios should be compatible with the steam workshop.

Enjoy!

It does feel somewhat like the Heathfield branch, yes.

Am I the only one that thinks this has echoes of the Heathfield line's current state

Means it's still work-in-progress (I.e. not finished). I'm allowing some time for any last changes and fixes before making it finalised (because once I make it final the route cannot be updated again without re-publishing it).

Was planning on making it final this Sunday (two weeks after initial release). Once I'm satisfied everything is perfect.

I have written a standard scenario for this nice little route but when I try to publish it I get the message "Service Route has not been finalised". What does this mean?

Very nice little route with very little DLC required to run it either, thanks. ::)
