Report a translation problem
Was planning on making it final this Sunday (two weeks after initial release). Once I'm satisfied everything is perfect.
To me it sounds like it's failing to install, it will appear under the workshop list in-game as you've subscribed to it. It will only be playable once installed (which should happen automatically).

Not sure what else I can suggest otherwise unfortunately.
You should see a message appear briefly in the main menu saying "installing workshop items". After this check for the route in the list of routes in the edit route section of the menu. Alternatively try clicking on the workshop tab under drive, which should force install any workshop items (although the menu itself may freeze under the workshop tab- an issue with TS itself)
