Description
Curia Regis
  • Increase county control and/or development
  • Convert county religion and/or culture
  • Increase cultural acceptance
  • Convert vassal's & courtiers religion and/or culture
  • Setup a county to easily hybridize your culture

About
There are two modes of operation, normal and tyranny.

In tyranny mode you can
  • convert all your vassals and their vassals to your culture and/or religion
  • convert your lands, and/or any of your vassals lands, to your religion and/or culture
  • increase the land development and control
  • increase cultural acceptance with any/all cultures in your realm

In normal mode you can
  • convert your lands, and/or any of your vassals lands, to the county title holder's religion or culture
  • increase the land development and control

How To
  1. Open the context menu for your character or one of your vassals and select either Curia Regis
  2. Select the options you wish to apply across your realm
  3. Click the Do it button to go to the review screen
  4. Review your choices before executing your plan, or go back and change them

NOTES
It is important to understand that normal mode will convert the land of any selected lord and their vassals if you so choose, to the county title holder's culture/religion, not your culture/religion or that of their liege.

It is also important to understand that the tyranny mode will convert the selected lord and their vassals if you so choose, to your culture/religion. Additionally their counties will also be converted according to your chosen options.

Each time you increase the county control, development level or culture acceptance, the value will be incremented by 20 up to a maximum value of 100. So to max either control, development or culture acceptance you would have to run the conversion up to a maximum 5 times. I decided to do it this way as I feel very few people would want to actually max the values.

Hybridise Culture - You can grant a county to a earl of the culture you want to hybridise with, then convert their county to their culture so you can hybridise your culture with theirs. If their culture has a low cultural acceptance of your culture then you can increase the cultural acceptance too. All these operations can be done in one go.

The performance should be fast depending on how many lands you convert and how good your computer is.

Compatibility
Ironman = yes

No known incompatibilities with any other mods. No vanilla files have been modified so I am not expecting any incompatibilities to arise.

@Taylor
It is not intended to be balanced, it is a cheat.

Use the mod or don't, your choice.

Really cool stuff, but feels cheaty. Culture and religion and development are meant to be obstacles that create organic tension in the game. Vanilla definitely doesn't have good tools to engage in these aspects, but this seems to do things quite powerfully and quickly for no cost? Could you add some cost/time duration stuff to make this balanced? Thanks!

@Monomorphic Transition
Not all, I have a lot of mods to update, and go through a multi phase process to do them, where the first phase is only a syntax update, but the second phase requires me to actually play the game to find any bugs and then I tackle each mod as I find bugs, so if I get stuck on one then it slows the others.

Reports are always welcome, and if it's a minor issue then I can pause whichever one I'm working on and solve the minor issue.

So thanks for the report :steamthumbsup:

Also if you closed your game with the event open, so it's always like that when you reopen and the mod has actually updated, then you should be able to press next which will take you to the next screen, and then will be able to go back to the previous window or close the event.

CK3 doesn't seem to hot load the event properly when the mod is updated.

I just released a fix for that issue, so it seems your mod has not updated.

First you should close the game and close steam, then reopen steam which should kick start the mod update.
If that doesn't update the mod then unsubscribe form the mod and resubscribe.

If that doesn't fix the issue drop me a line, I should be around for the next hours or so.

Hi, for some reason it is not working for me anymore.

At first I thought it might be a mod incompatibility, tried moving it around in load order but no change.
I loaded a game with just this mod alone, but the problem persist.

The issue at the moment is that when I open the menu for it, there is no options to choose from. It is simply blank. Any advice would be appreciated.
