Description
Remove council rights obligation from AI vassal contracts.

Automatically evict hostile holy orders from the realm.

About

Guaranteed council rights
One of the things that I really hate is when vassals replace my councilors, especially when they are completely useless at the job.
The really annoying thing is that the council rights are tied to the title not the person, so when they die their heir inherits those council rights!
It's even more annoying when a new vassal acquired through a duchy or kingdom conquest comes with contract obligations given to them by their previous liege. Rulers should not be bound by obligations to vassals from their previous lieges!

This mod automatically removes council rights obligations from vassal contracts when you gain new vassals.
There is also a character interaction under the vassal menu named Purge Council Rights that only appears if you add this mod to an existing save game in order to purge any existing vassal contracts that have council rights guaranteed. It will disappear from the menu after it has been run as it will no longer be needed.

Hostile holy orders holding cities
When counties are taken over and one of it's cities was leased out to a hostile holy order, those HOs retain their leases preventing the conquerors barons taking their rightful place, and new holy orders of the conqueror's faith leasing the cities.
Due to a bug in the game the player cannot revoke a hostile holy order's lease.

This mod automatically evicts hostile orders from the realm every 7 days. The 7 day cycle was selected in order to provide a quick eviction without putting too much strain on the system as a more frequent cycle would do when you paint the map.
There is also a character interaction under the hostile menu named Purge Hostile Orders that only appears if you add this mod to an existing save game in order to start the 7 day cycle. It will disappear from the menu after it has been run as it will no longer be needed.

NOTE
Players cannot always modify a vassal's contract as they get locked after obligations have been granted by their previous lieges, and although their are mods that allow the player to change vassal contracts at any time, the player has to first identify any vassals with council rights obligation.
Usually the player only finds out a vassal has the council rights obligation when it's too late, i.e. when the vassal has already exercised their right to disrupt the player's smooth council.

The reason I created the mod to evict unholy orders on a 7 day cycle rather than as the player acquires land is due to the possibility of vassals gaining new land at any time either through conquest or inheritance that may come with unholy orders in some distant backwater city that the player is never made aware of.

There may be a slight delay of up to two weeks between evictions when a player changes their character either through death or abdication as the event chain catches up with the change of character.

NEW FEATURE - Manual eviction character interaction
If you come across a hostile holy order in one of your counties of those of your vassals and you don't want to wait for the automatic eviction process to kick them out, you can use the new manual eviction feature.
To do so, right click on the holy order leader's portrait and select the Evict Unholy Order option in the menu's Hostile category.

Compatibility
Ironman compatible.
It is unlikely that this mod will be incompatible with any other mod.

Not sure, it's going to be a few days before I can get around to updating my mods.

However some of them probably won't need any changes apart from supported version number so give it a try in a fresh campaign with only this mod in the playset to see if it works, also check your error log.

Does this mod need to be updated for the latest DLC?

@D&R
What update do you think it needs?

I have no idea if they fixed the bug until I get around to testing this mod, it's on a long list of mods to be updated.

But just because it has not been updated does not mean it doesn't work, the exclamation mark just means it was written for another game version, so it may still be working if that part of the game has not been changed in the update.

Not sure if I can do anything about that.

Vanilla uses revoke_holy_order_lease_effect to revoke a HO lease which applies 10 fervor to the hostile faith for every revoked HO lease.

But I don't use that, I just evict the HO without applying any fervor to the faith.

So I'm not sure where you're seeing the added fervor from but it's not from PCHOL.
