Better Ruler Designer

Description
Lets you zoom in very close and freely rotate the character model.
Note: don't zoom in too fast, that might freeze the game.

Features
You can:
- change lighting
- switch to full-body view to measure height
- remove clothes
- use mousewheel to adjust sliders

And yes, you can get achievements!

The window should work with increased scaling, up to 30% above recommended.
Load window uses the whole screen, so it's easier to see the actual portraits.
More hotkeys added. Change Appearance is E, Back is B. The rest are labeled.
Sliders show their exact values and have a notch to mark 50%.

It is not possible to change poses.
There are probably new environments I can add, but that's for later. This selection should be enough.

About height
Height was measured by moving the game camera. It uses centimeters in its file. I've also measured base models in blender, male is 175 cm and female 161, which is close to average heights at the time.
It is impossible to calculate height in UI anymore, Paradox removed that function.

Multiplayer
Not tested, might cause issues!
I set variables, which changes the gamestate before the game even starts. This might cause desyncs, plus the undress button uses a global variable, so it's shared between players.
You can of course design the character in single-player, then copy their DNA.

Mod compatibility
Put it below Better UI Scaling or other UI mods that change the ruler designer window.
Otherwise, it only overwrites special ruler designer clothes and shouldn't have any issues with other mods.

It seems like this mod is incompatible with "Spouse Designer" - Just like in the first versions.

@Agami The issue is resolved now. I just uninstalled and reinstalled the game. On the start screen, the character from my previous save file had quite noticeable wrinkles, but this didn't happen when I started a new save. It shouldn't be caused by this mod. Thanks for your quick response!

@夏丶陌汐い and if you start a new game without mods it doesn't happen?
because this mod doesn't touch anything related to wrinkles or character models.
I'll investigate, if you can prove it's caused by the mod, but I can't even guess how that can happen.
Also, where else do you expect it to work? That's what it's for, yes, for character creation.

I'm not sure if it conflicts with my previous mods, but some male characters have unnaturally deep forehead wrinkles. Even after disabling all mods, the issue persists—it's really frustrating.

After using this mod, male characters have very noticeable wrinkles on their heads that look awkward. Also, it appears to only work during custom character creation.

When in the body view, i.e. body fat, bust size, etc

If you have the rear and right profiles on and are zoomed out it's all good but when you zoom in the rear camera shifts right and the right profile camera shifts left.

They shift sideways more and more as you zoom in, eventually both the rear and right profile cameras are behind the front view camera.
