@Agami The issue is resolved now. I just uninstalled and reinstalled the game. On the start screen, the character from my previous save file had quite noticeable wrinkles, but this didn't happen when I started a new save. It shouldn't be caused by this mod. Thanks for your quick response!

because this mod doesn't touch anything related to wrinkles or character models.
I'll investigate, if you can prove it's caused by the mod, but I can't even guess how that can happen.
Also, where else do you expect it to work? That's what it's for, yes, for character creation.

I'm not sure if it conflicts with my previous mods, but some male characters have unnaturally deep forehead wrinkles. Even after disabling all mods, the issue persists—it's really frustrating.

After using this mod, male characters have very noticeable wrinkles on their heads that look awkward. Also, it appears to only work during custom character creation.

For me this mod works with EPE. Its just a bit slow when opening the window

When in the body view, i.e. body fat, bust size, etc

If you have the rear and right profiles on and are zoomed out it's all good but when you zoom in the rear camera shifts right and the right profile camera shifts left.

They shift sideways more and more as you zoom in, eventually both the rear and right profile cameras are behind the front view camera.

God I hate how we can only rotate by 1 degree. Can you add so that ctrl+click = 15* and shift + click does 30*?

@Chrador - if you're loading a character that already had a birth sign selected, you wont be able to choose the birth sign until you remove it from the traits first. Then, you can pick the birth sign and play with your character.

I'm not sure if it's been said before but when you're using this mods with Elder kings 2, you can't select "Birthsign" for that mod

Most spouse designer mods are incompatible forcing players to pick this or spouse designer.

For those of you saying the mod doesn't work, check to see what other mods you're running with it, as there is probably some sort of conflict. Just tested this one by itself and it works fine. As to what it conflicts with though, idk and I'm too lazy to go through my list and find out.

I figured out the problem with EPE, it should work now. Load order doesn't matter.
I've also added extra profile cameras
