This was the only solution I could find. Is it the intended one?
I'm wondering what those 3 lasers in the inaccessible little room that can be seen in the picture/thumbnail above are for. They must keep some state of something, but what...
Nevertheless, I think I've found a way to complete without cube swapping OR momentum . I haven't seen this method posted here yet - looking back through the comments it seems to be mostly either/or. Furthermore, this doesn't require any glitches or exploits. Even more interesting, every time I've played this level I think this is the solution I've used.
Sometimes when I play this game I randomly select a few chambers I've already played as "warm-ups" before heading into unfamiliar territory. This is the first time I've really thought about the title of the chamber and what it was supposed to imply.
I have the correct solution in my mind so I don't feel like playing all of this again.
I did try flinging, of course, but couldn't find a way to pull it off. Besides, it didn't feel "in style" for this particular chamber. Eventually found the intended solution - you sly little trickster. ;) Some moves are a bit repetitive to do, especially if you mess up, but overall a very nice design. Granted, I took more time (about half an hour), but I'd still call it medium-hard. There are levels that take me several hours, so... yeah. :P Great chamber.
(Although, even in the intended exit solution you don't have to swap the cubes *entirely*. Once you get the second cube, it's enough to use the first cube to disable the fizzler again, bring the second cube on the funnel fizzler button, use the funnel and regenerate the second cube , which means that the cubes never fully swap places . Not sure if that's intended or not.)
