Great Western Mainline to Swindon in the BR Blue Period

Description
This project has been completed by the BR Blue Team ( myself, brysonman46( n.e.hudson ) and Wotawally.)This route is a continuation of the original project to regress the GWML back to the BR Blue days - in addition to the regressed GWML the route now also contains the mainline from Didcot to Swindon Station along with Swindon Works, Pressed Steel and Tobacco Yards and is set in the BR Blue period hence the lifted track section and disused platforms which can be seen between Didcot and Swindon. The route still contains the line to Oxford. We have also taken the opportunity to add in additional scenery at some of the yards on the original route section, and have also cleaned up many scenery glitches such as large gaps between track and ballast. We have had to leave the TPWS system in as when it was removed it caused signalling problems along the whole of the route resulting in a major rebuilding exercise to correct the signalling issue.Customer platform signs have been made for Swindon station and will be available as a patch for download shortly, the Route works fine without them but there will be no station signs at Swindon. Please add a Thumbs Up vote - once we reach 30 Thumbs Ups I can make the route Final - scenarios can then be published here on the Workshop to run on this Route, the BR Blue Team already have scenarios ready to publish but we can't publish until the route is Final.NB. You will need West Coast Main Line Over Shap, Falmouth Branch and of course the original GWML Route. Please note any errors that you may find, we have checked and tested thoroughly but may have missed something - we will have the opportunity to correct errors ( where possible ) before making the route Final.Andy

I can't understand why I have never added my thoughts on this route guys. I think now though, with all my scenarios I have created on it, you can appreciate that I think it is brilliant.
I have spent hours and hours creating on it. My final scenario in my latest collection will be published in another 2 days.
Thanks for all your hard work. The route is fantastic. Thank you.
Thanks must go to Spikee1975 too and Warwick Rail. Cheers.

What a brilliant route upgrade. Especially with Not.Silent's scenarios.

I've a technical question though.

The RouteProperties.xml is referring to Provider "NickHudson" Product "WRBlue", although no assets from this pack are used.

The RSC/FalmouthBranch assets are not preloaded although they are used.

Here is a list of workshop scenarios for the route.

Dear Martin Freeman,
Can I make a version which has the tracks and signal replace by Cross City Line Track and JT Signals?

I was unable to find it within the game, although showing in the unworkable workshop. I managed to find it once I had installed a scenario. To find it in free roam or quick drive, you have to go through build and add a quick drive and free roam via the editor tools. Not what I wanted to do, but for me it was the only way to play it.

Absoloutly Brilliant! I have great pleasure driving the NSE 158 on the route! The only route I use the pointless train on

RexCityRx, I made a free roam scenario for your route, and the route is great!
