The Adopt By Real Father interaction now cleans the child's heritage as they will officially be their father's child after the adoption.

Fixed minor bug in the adopt by real father interaction that logged a redundant error message.

Made the game rules save game semi safe, so it is possible to drop CAA in to the middle of a current game with full adoption capabilities, and remove the mod, but it is not possible to start a game with adoption turned on then remove the mod and re-add it with adoption turned off.

The default rules are still full adoption turned on.
