Revised the faith of Roman emperors during the Classical period from the Roman Pantheon to the Imperial Pantheon.

Modified the Pantheon icons to make them more beautiful.

Small flavor fix. All the decisions to restore the Roman Empire are now Roman type decisions. The decision to restore the Roman Empire of the Western Roman Empire is now with a fullscreen event.

Adjusted the requirements for restoring the Western Roman Empire to be slightly more difficult but more realistic. Now you have to choose between an alliance with the Eastern Roman Empire and control of Illyria, and between Imperial Pillar and the highest level of prestige.

Reworked the special buildings of Rome City.

True Roman tradition allows players to build a new duchy building: Roman Forum, which focuses on offsetting the high military maintenance costs of high-level Roman city special buildings and providing legitimacy and influence.

The Aurelian Walls can now be expanded to the exact same level as the Theodosian Walls.
