The requirements for converting to Roman culture have been lowered so that Catholic and Orthodox characters can convert to Roman culture without having to be a Roman Pantheon character.

Roman Legacy is now only available to Pure Roman culture.

Reworked the effects of Roman legacy to make it more interesting;
Added a few new glossy text flavors (*Translators may need to update localization);
Lowered the piety requirements for converting to the Pantheon, and provided more conversion paths for non-Imperial cultures characters;
The Pantheon got new icons that matches the vanilla style;
Adjusted the Pantheon's doctrines based on historical facts;
The new tenets added by the mod will no longer overlap with similar tenets in the vanilla game;
Optimized the "True Romans" tradition, balanced the gameplay, and no longer coexist with Palace Politics;
Modified the text related to the triumph to make it more applicable to WRE (*Translators may need to update localization);
Other minor fixes.

The Pantheon's holy site in the Vatican was deleted, and the new holy site is called Rome City, located in b_roma;
Alexandria is no longer the Pantheon's holy site, the Roman Pantheon is changed to Aternum, and the Imperial Pantheon is changed to Ravenna;
The Romans regarded witchcraft as a crime.

A new localization file needs to be updated, which is "WRE_africa_north_west" in "roman_admin_decisions_l_xxx".
Modified some regions. Further reduced the territory requirements for restoring Trajan's borders.
