- fixed apparently broken spark sound event in eta (by using a stock sound event, wtf was byteframe13_spark?)
- fixed aperture robot sparks cause I was missing the vsnds

- fixed some missing overlays (1 for files, the rest for mesh)
- stopped aperture parts and ida from fading in iota
- fixed some particles showing when they weren't supposed to
