- Fixed some shading issues with the LODs on the full sized ladder.

- Improved models with a bit of rework, actual textures (vanilla ones) and LODs.
- Ladders no longer get priorty over aiming at another usable object when pressing use key.
- Workaround for retractable ladder having subparts in construction stages.
- Input now fully ignores any menu.

- Small performance improvements by first re-checking last used/near
ladder.
- Improved highlight method on ladders.
- Fixed gamepad inputs showing up when gamepad was not last used or even
connected.
- Fixed mounting backwards when you were effectively walking on the
ladder.
- Disabled mounting/dismounting messages as they were pretty pointless.
- Tiny optimization on network when jumping off of the ladder.

step sounds which work in both arcade and realistic sound modes.
