@TaTaRiN - as far as I know, the mod is okay with the latest version. The only part of the update would be to write that it is for version 1.16.2.3 instead of 1.16.2.2, nothing else changes.
Unfortunately my laptop is broken and I currently have no time to get it repaired, so I won!´t be able to update the mod until later next week

@hamletsdead - yes, you can make a compatch yourself. I can assure that I will not be making such compatch myself, but if you want, I can do my best to help you.
Main reason is that although the two mods may have the same goal (improving map and accuracy), we use very different approach (mainly, but not limited to MPE's maximalism vs. IBL's minimalism).

@elvain oh, this was not a complaint.
It is clear to me, that updating the mod to the new version will take some time. This is just an attempt to provide the information I already acquired from hunting down these issues in order to be added to the ToDo-List of things to address & look at during the update process.

Spotting & pinning down bugs & other issues takes time & effort, it would be pointless to let my findings go to waste by having you start at 0 again when I already did some recon. I'm simpy trying to provide a shortcut for some of the update progress by handing over my findings to provide some starting data on what needs to be fixed during Updating.

Please be aware that IBL wasn't yet updated for 1.16.
It's how much, 4 days from the update? I hardly had a time to load the game and get the files updated, it will take some time.
It's no news that in the first days after any update, especially if feature-heavy as this one, mods will take some time to get updated and run smoothly. Please, have some patience

Hey, so after some testing around with different parameters, I managed to pin down a couple of bugs on this mod, that appeared with the 1.16 patch.

(1) This mod somehow makes several Empires no longer exist when starting a new game that should be there. Noticeably the Byzantine Empire, the Caliphate in 867 & Khazaria just no longer exist when generating the world with this mod active.

(2) Without the MHD Balance Patch, but with this mod, a bunch of core game functions no longer work. Like the boni your 5 Stats grant your character no longer do anything, you don't get any effect form them.

Enabling the MHD BP does fix this however. It should probably be listed as a Requirement. And yes, those problems no longer exist without IBL enabled.

@Zennzo - it does, with the CMH compatch, which should assign the cultures added by CE to the provinces added by IBL

I think that RICE wasn't updated for 1.15, while IBL was, although I'm not announcing it officially due to some technical problems with my local veraion of the game

@Atlas probably the fastest way to find out is checking north-western Egypt. If Siwa oasis has inland connection to both east and west, IBL works, otherwise it doesn't. @Pamparampampamparam in that case I highly doubt it has anything to do with this mod.
IBL doesn't change anything with decisions nor contracts or anyrhing tied to them. I do change locators of some places, but not in England, so it's almost certainly caused by some other mod

It's the vanilla decisions The Champion of the Swan and The Travels of (Player Character). The former needs you to do 10 martial or justicar contracts while the latter needs you to visit a set amount of sites. I visited all the sites in England and did martial contracts there but they didn't contribute to either of those decisions.

@Pamparampampamparam - I don't think it should happen, but I can't rule it out. Anyway in order to be any helpful, I would need to know more. In partucilar, in which part of the map is this happening? What kingdom is it. What decision? Is it a vanilla decision or a decision from some mod? (if you know)

Might this mod be the reason I don't make any progress when visiting points of interest for the traveler trait and the Travels of X decision?

There's also a bug where I'm unable to complete delivery quests, I just make a loop to the destination and return without dropping off the courtier or artifact.

@lucia - could you be more specific? I did exactly what the aauthor of that DLC isntructed for compatibility and didn't have time to check everything.
If you have any specific issues, the best thing you can do to get them solved is to report the specific, rather than generic problem.
Also note that not all those Monuments are pre-built, so not seing them doesn't always mean they aren't added (and btw, there was no way for me to chceck whether they are intended to be there or not).

I think the mod needs an update for Medieval Monuments, several of them are misplaced or missing on the map (though they seem to appear in the building list at least)

@Madbrad200 Both IBL and CE should have compat files/commands built in (IBL has, CE had), which should be activate in some CMH compatches. AFAIK, the CMH custodiand currently work hard on updating these to the current CE update. But very likely with just CE and IBL, it should work.

@Fadeless - it's hard to put any reliable timeline for updating RoA compatch. I'm still currently working on compatch with Muslim Enhancements and I barely have more than an hour a day for modding, and often not even that, so the process is slow.
Only then I will start a RoA compatch, and it's hard to estimate how long it can take.
Then I'd like to come back to adding more improvements - and part of it could be adapting the mod to all other Miller projection (Asia) mods

@Fadeless - of all Asia mods, so far, I have only been working on compatibility with Rajas of Asia. Which is now in Alpha version, but not updated yet to 1.14.
OTOH, I have long been considering to make a separate version which would be compatible with more/all mods using Miller projection, but that needs more time than I currently have at my disposal.

@Σειρά - sadly it's not. Making a compatch for SoW required running several scripts made by Vertimnust (the author of SoW), which I haven't been able to do without his assistance.
But thanks for reminding it, I should remove it from the list of compatible mods. Unfortunately.
