I'm okay with people updating my mods:
_Some can be temporarily updated in waiting that I have time for it (maybe 1-2 months or more before I play Rimworld again)
_Other can be continued, I don't use them anymore (this mod is in this category)

If it's only about tag version, I wait people to tell me if it's working without issue to update it

Appears to work fine in 1.6, the only new possibly relevant floor tile is the gravship floor, which maybe does not matter?

@Yoann: If you do not have the time to update your mods, it'd be nice if you added a suitable licence so that somebody like Mlie can pick them up.
Bewithu17 13 Jul @ 11:52pm
1.6plz, I need this!
Some goofi dummi 4 Aug, 2024 @ 10:07am
oh nice, thank you, this is great
Yoann  [author] 19 Apr, 2024 @ 11:29pm
It's not about energy, it's about lack of free time.
I can use my laptop only the weekend, but still have lot of things to do, Rimworld isn't a priority.
antiCrhistian 19 Apr, 2024 @ 1:04pm
I raise my arms to give you energy, Goku @Yoann :caveblazersheart:
Yoann  [author] 17 Apr, 2024 @ 2:47am
Not by me for now
The Bard of Hearts 17 Apr, 2024 @ 12:25am
Any chance for update to 1.5?
Yoann  [author] 11 Dec, 2022 @ 11:52pm
Sure, I only removed mod support for 1.4 (no time to update something I don't use)
The Bard of Hearts 11 Dec, 2022 @ 6:25pm
Is this working for 1.4 / biotech? Wood love to use this.
Yoann  [author] 23 Oct, 2022 @ 1:02pm
Thank you for report, I will remove mod support from 1.4 for now
Victor 23 Oct, 2022 @ 12:45pm

Updated 1.4.
There is small change about carpet (it's now TerrainTemplateDef), and a new stat appeared: CleaningTimeFactor.

So maybe I will make some change later, also if Biotech has new floors (can't buy it now).
Chilli Dog Dave 22 Oct, 2022 @ 2:05pm
theres no real new materials so you could probably just slap a new tag on it, works fine either way
Yoann  [author] 22 Oct, 2022 @ 5:32am
I haven't time to check what changed with 1.4, so I don't know if update needed.
If it's about to simply update the tag version, I can after confirmation that mod is still working.
Otherway I will do that later when I can buy Biotech.
ZuluFox 22 Oct, 2022 @ 4:37am
Any chance this mod will be updated to 1.4?
Yoann  [author] 5 Oct, 2022 @ 2:29am
Thank you, my travels have been life changer.
So right now I have other priorities than modding on Rimworld, also, I looked about 'Stuffed Floors' last year, and it's more complex to patch than others mods.
No time for it, sorry. You are free to suggest the idea to the mod authors.
ELLIOTTCABLE on Discord 1 Oct, 2022 @ 4:55am
I'd really love Stuffed Floors, if at all possible. I miss it!

I hope your travel was cool as heck, though!
Yoann  [author] 26 Mar, 2022 @ 11:17am
My travel was longer than planned, and I'm about to leave again in 2 weeks, but with my laptop this time. So maybe I will find some time for patch the mods, maybe not.
I watched quickly, but these mods add too much floors, I'm lazy to do it now, sorry, priority to update my mod list and try to play a bit~
5H0 24 Dec, 2021 @ 3:13pm
That's very much understandable; I just wanted to let you know of them. :winter2019happyyul:
Yoann  [author] 23 Dec, 2021 @ 12:18am
@5H0 I can't do that now, I will try to remember to do it in end of january, I'm in travel.
5H0 18 Dec, 2021 @ 9:27am
Here are two other mods that you could add compatibility for if you haven't already: More Floors by Telkir, and Expanded Floors by Wemd.
Yoann  [author] 25 Oct, 2021 @ 11:50am
Luxurious floors were already considered "fine floor" in the game, without having the tag in mod files, maybe an auto-patch from game for expensive floors... Check and tell me if it's same for you please.
So, I met weird issues with thoses Luxurious floors, only Sandstone was okay to take the patch... so, I adjusted the market value, but not the cost (10 blocks of stone instead 20 for others fine floor). Can't do better, I don't know why, maybe I will try again later.
Fmannen 25 Oct, 2021 @ 8:16am
Yeah, that always seemed like an oversight to me. If a floor is luxurious surely it should count as a fine floor.
Yoann  [author] 25 Oct, 2021 @ 1:52am
@Fmannen Again a choice to do, for SimplyMoreFloors this time: there is luxurious floors, who haven't "fine floor" tag, but are a bit expensive.
I can turn them into real "fine floor" (adjust cost to match with others fine floors)
or keep them as basic floor, and reduce a bit the cost (10 stone seems too much).
Fmannen 24 Oct, 2021 @ 12:58pm
I think a rebalance for Refined Floors to match the other fine floors would make the most sense. Since those floors are designed to look good and were made with royalty in mind. However they're so cost efficient that they just outclass the other fine floors. I wouldn't mind them more expensive to balance it out.
Yoann  [author] 24 Oct, 2021 @ 5:53am
@Fmannen I took a quick look at others mods:
_Refined Floors adds "fine floor" (for Royalty) cheaper than vanilla one, with lower beauty. So I have to patch the MarketValue, the Beauty, the Cost and WorktoBuild cost or thoses floors have no sense.
Or, I can only patch the MarketValue and remove the "fine floor" tag.
_Stuffed Floors adds custom FloorDef, where beauty seems to adapt to material used, I'm not sure I can correctly patch it.
_SimplyMoreFloors should be easy to patch.
Fmannen 16 Oct, 2021 @ 12:37pm
Awesome, thank you! :D:
Yoann  [author] 16 Oct, 2021 @ 12:24pm
I patched Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Architect, will do other when more time.
Fmannen 16 Oct, 2021 @ 11:01am
I think you could ignore them. The values seem pretty fine as they are.
Yoann  [author] 16 Oct, 2021 @ 9:19am
@Fmannen So, there are some floors from Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Architect that I'm not sure what I should do with, ignore them or remove the wealth:
Grass: $0.504
Lawn plot: $7.2
Broken asphalt: $2.152
Packed dirt: $0.18
(it's their cost calculated from mod file, I didn't checked in game)
Mostwood 16 Oct, 2021 @ 9:09am
Oh, that's why. Thanks!
Yoann  [author] 16 Oct, 2021 @ 8:44am
@Mst, it's Spikecore plates from ideology DLC.
Mostwood 16 Oct, 2021 @ 6:20am
I've never seen the star-patterned one, second to the right in the bottom row. What's the name for that one?
Fmannen 15 Oct, 2021 @ 3:29pm
If it's not too much hassle, could you find the time to patch for a few mods? The ones I have in mind are these:

https://cs2bus.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2608762624 Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Architect

https://cs2bus.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2464923082 Refined Floors

https://cs2bus.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=853043503 Stuffed Floors

https://cs2bus.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1639883955 SimplyMoreFloors

I've ordered them by putting the most important ones for me personally at the top. Even just a VFE-Architect patch would be greatly appreciated. :D:
Yoann  [author] 15 Oct, 2021 @ 2:23pm
Only vanilla, but it's easy to patch other mods if needed.
Fmannen 15 Oct, 2021 @ 1:43pm
Does this work with mods that add new flooring types, or just the vanilla ones?
TheCarrierPrimoris 14 Oct, 2021 @ 10:50am
The idea of pirates coming to steal your floors. Not the people that made them, the floors themselves. Yaaar! Yer carpet or yer life! The rim is a weird place.

Seems like a good idea, now placing carpets won't make every nearest raider want to siege me?
