There is no Holy Roman Empire in this world, but the mechanism is still working. Why?

Thanks for the report

Greetings, Kaepbora, I only experienced this excellent MOD today.

I encountered a small issue where incorrect code text appeared. After checking, I believe it's not caused by localization translation, but I can't find the reason.

@Zaku White
This mod will be updated to 1.17
It is okay if you upload the 1.16 version yourself
Zaku White 28 Jun @ 3:11am
This is a story about the Byzantine Empire, the Holy Roman Empire, and the rise of an alternate-history Ottoman Empire. It’s set in a world where Saladin lived until the year 1222 and defeated Genghis Khan.

Sorry, my English isn’t very good, and the message I wrote earlier might have some grammar mistakes. I hope you don’t mind. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you very much for your time and for creating such a wonderful mod.

I genuinely love your work, and your mod plays an essential role in my storytelling. Unfortunately, the save files crash when the mod is disabled, and I’m very worried that they might not be compatible after the 1.17 update. In the story, the Holy Roman Empire and the Byzantine Empire are powerful adversaries and central to the world setting — which is built upon the features your mod provides.

For this reason, I kindly and sincerely ask if you could consider keeping the 1.16 version available for download after the update, so I may continue the novel I’ve been working so hard on.
Zaku White 28 Jun @ 3:07am
I hope this message finds you well. I would like to sincerely ask if it would be possible to keep the 1.16 version of your mod available after the upcoming 1.17 update.

I’ve been writing a serialized novel on the Chinese Crusader Kings forum since version 1.15, and the save file I’ve been using as a reference heavily relies on your amazing mod. When the mod updated from 1.15 to 1.16, I spent quite some time ensuring the save file could still function properly, and I’m truly grateful that it eventually worked out.

when wanting to plan a coronation, i cant select a region. it keeps saying its because its not a holy site.
PhantomImmortal 31 May @ 10:57pm
Love the mod! I've encountered a weird scenario where a faction is installing someone they prefer as Kaiser while I'm 1st in line, and then when the old Kaiser capitulates *I* get the prompt for the Italienzug - I assume this isn't intended?
ElHomieDerp 29 May @ 8:20pm
can there be an option to remove the "Coronation" trait from being active during game play in the rules? I don't want to spend my time organizing a coronation.
Kaepbora  [author] 25 May @ 8:22am
@Tig Biddies
The itinerant regime was the usual form of royal or imperial government in the Holy Roman Empire from the Frankish period and up to late medieval times. Failing to commence a Grand Tour Activity receive a malus. Obtain the itinerant_liege_modifier after a successful Grand Tour Activity to remove this malus. Having a high Centralization Level] reduces the negative impact.

@三千123456
Can you specifiy what is not working? I am running both mods in the CMH playset fine
三千123456 25 May @ 7:46am

Tig Biddies 22 May @ 2:49pm

Didi Mocó 21 May @ 11:51am
oh alright, thanks for responding, nice mod btw!
Kaepbora  [author] 21 May @ 11:45am
@Didi Mocó
No, its not required. The traits are there for best compatibility, because these two mods work very well together
Didi Mocó 21 May @ 11:43am
does this mod require catholic trinity to work? ive found a few traits from catholic trinity in the ruler designer, some appear to have broken icons (purple/black squares)
Kaepbora  [author] 21 May @ 11:35am
@Годрик Сторукий
Thank you! Coronations are only available to feudal/administrative Catholics and the orthodox Byzantine Emperor
Mod is Great , by coronations was in ck2 and it is very disappointing that instead of being part of base game it is a dlc .
—-
Can you check the triggers for coronation events for tribal who become feudal/ administrative ruler ? As an orthodox feudal and than admin ruler no events / decisions appeared for coronation after abandoning tribalism
Tater 20 May @ 8:05pm
hell yeah! thanks man - and congratulations on your idea inspiring the upcoming DLC!
Dovenius 18 May @ 8:53am

Headhunter2 16 May @ 7:11pm
It's still work, but there is a GUI icon rendering issue with the 'Increase Crown Authority' Council Task, where the event icon's sprite sheet texture fails to properly load.
Wumeng 12 May @ 4:52am
update please
tatum.thibault 10 May @ 7:39pm

𝓓𝓔𝓤𝓢-IMPERATOR 28 Apr @ 11:34pm
This still work for 1.16?
Tig Biddies 24 Apr @ 2:29am
What is the itinerant court modifier under imperial authority and how do I get it? Thanks!
tilarium 17 Apr @ 4:02pm

Oguri Cap in Real Life 17 Apr @ 2:01pm
I would love a lite version just having the coronation stuff.
Retro Hobgoblin 16 Apr @ 9:04pm
Update?
Chingus 13 Apr @ 4:45pm
Does this work for 1.15
Exend 2 Apr @ 8:09pm
If anyone wants to know, this breaks the HRE in the EU4 converter.
Kaepbora  [author] 29 Mar @ 10:45pm
@Alucard
The coronation for this specific situation is disabled in my mod, because paradox did a event based around the coronation already and having my activity a second time wouldn't be fitting
Sefiroz 29 Mar @ 3:41pm
Hi, when you depose the Byzantine emperor instead of inheriting the title naturally, the decision to organize the ceremonies is missing. Is there any other way to trigger it? Maybe an event ID?
Rusher 24 Mar @ 6:41pm
Hello! Can you somehow become prince-elector or not? How it works exactly?
void 21 Mar @ 11:35am
hi, is the option of raising your army and marching to rome to get crowned broken? no event fires when in rome or in the vatican after months i had a look at the files and the event thats supposed to happen named HRT.1102 doesnt, if i manually fire it myself its a bit broken as it doesnt name the pope i got crowned by and i dont get to wear the reichskrone i think this feature would be really good for a combative emperor who doesnt want to bend to the will of the pope
Morgan Le Fay 21 Mar @ 9:26am
Hi ya friend! I love the mod, but I missed the "King of the Romans" court position. Is it possible for you to make a submod that returns that position? It's just a suggestion, and it's mostly for RP purposes. Thank you in advance!
Iwen 20 Mar @ 1:28pm
Does this work with 1.15?
Kaepbora  [author] 19 Mar @ 11:29am
@GameGPT(Bot)
After resarching the Imperial Charter tech, you can open the list with eligible candidates. Promoting an imperial city puts them under your direct vassalage and grants a buff to the county, which will grow stronger over time. You will get a bonus to Imperial Authority gain, based on the development of Imperial Cities. But you are expected to step in an defend them, should some other vassal decide to wage war against them.
GameGPT(Bot) 19 Mar @ 2:10am
can anyone be so kind and explain to me how imperial cities actually work?
Grosvenor 17 Mar @ 9:22pm
Does this mod work without the DLC?
