@Mors Avis You're welcome! Yea, they are but sometimes it may require some extra tweaking/editing to make TPS work which is why I prefer PS over TPS. PS usually works as intended for me but it is what it is. Luckily, I have some testers that use/prefer TPS so it helps players have the option or go with the one they prefer using. The dual wielding credit goes to XpanD who provided the ini for that and I'm happy that I add that to the Kenshi spec.

@Drumax - Thanks for the info. I didn't realize that PS and TPS were interchangeable. Also, cool update w/dual wield swords. Thanks for that!

@Mors Avis Well, for the Akimbo spec, it's set up to be incompatible with the Knight spec because the spec has perks for dual wielding pistols so using a shield along with it would make the spec useless. The Pistoleer is not my spec so I'm not sure why you can't use a shield since it's a primary pistol spec. I know the Gunfighter and Vigilante specs are set up to use a shield. Luckily, I've not discovered any issues with PS and TPS on any of my pistol spec mods.

Most things that work with PS will work fine with TPS, and vice versa. Just a matter of ignoring the dependency you don't have in AML, and getting the correct extra mods for your setup. (like that one LW2 Primary Secondaries mod that works alongside PS/TPS)

The Primary Secondaries/True Primary conflict is the only thing that's proven problematic with custom Amalgamation classes. For example, it means that this class and the Knight class can't be used along with the Akimbo or Pistoleer classes. I guess there's no work around for that?

@Ironfaced You're welcome mate! I'm thinking you have a conflicting mod or you are using True Primary Secondaries instead of PS. To me, TPS seems to have issues with swords as primary more often than PS does which is why I made PS a mod requirement. In theory, yes, they both should work but not everyone runs the same mod list so conflicting issues can occur. I knew making a primary sword spec would be tricky with Amalgamation but I did managed to get it to work throughout my playthrough/testing using PS. Good luck Commander!

Thanks for the mod Drumax! So in my current game i have a Kenshi-Psi Commando-Aegis and it is not letting me use sword for main weapon? Only is allowing Assualt Rifle or Bolt Caster.......thoughts?

@Soul Hey, you are correct. I was able to duplicate it with the cooldown not resetting. I must of ended a mission with that ability or something while in testing. Anyway, good news, I message Mitzruti about it and there will be a fix for it soon whenever he updates the Mitzruti's Perk Pack mod. I'm so glad that I don't have to replace that ability coz I think it's cool. I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Thanks and good luck Commander!

Yeah I'm 100% sure,I killed 2 guys separately with it in blue range,since its only where it work,and it was a MEC and a sectoid,both time it didn't refresh it,and normal kills didn't either.
Maybe its an incompatibility? Idk,but I'm doing a run with only amalgation classes on so that'd be weird.

@Soul Hello, I could have sworn that ability was working correctly when I tested it. Make sure you are using it in "blue range" for the Kenshi. I picked this ability to bypass overwatch without using Lightning Reflexes or Shadowstep but I will test it again to confirm my testing.

So I got a Kenshi-Corpsman-Knight
And divine slash don't reset on kills
Be kill by divine slash itself,or kills with the normal slash attack
I tried on mecs,on sectoids,on advent,nothin reset/reduce the cooldow,yet it say it does on kill.

@moderatelyfatbastard Well, it's difficult to compare the two, since Kenshi is a primary spec and Blademaster is a secondary. Kenshi's perks were mostly taken from my Ronin class(not Amalgamation) which was a dual sword wielder which also had some of Blademaster's perks. And since it is not possible to dual wield swords in Amalgamation, I thought it would be interesting to move some stand out perks over to Kenshi to make a primary sword user, that way there could be more variety combinations like sword/shield, sword/pistol, sword/pis user and so on. This spec is also limited on compatibles which makes the spec more rare on spec roles. Anyway, hope you enjoy the Kenshi, good luck Commander!

This looks interest, especially the way you paired it with psion to give it a psyblade sort of feel.
I was wondering how strong are the skills compared to Blademaster?
