Rebalanced Ticking Stress

This mod is part of a broader "Rebalanced" lightweight mods series. (A breakdown from the former "Rebalanced +" mod)

I essentially made each mechanism its own submod so that players could pick only the aspects they want to see modified/added.

Indeed, everyone has a different idea of what needs tweaking in the vanilla game and what does not.

"Why not make everything Game Rule ?" one might ask ; i felt like having those as separate mods would make it easier from a player's perspective, as most people don't even bother tweaking the game rules.

It's also a little easier maintenance-wise on my end, and - I feel - more readable for players. You'll know exactly what you're modifying from your subscriptions/playsets.

This mod will include a Game Rule which will give you 3 settings :
- Values set to 50% of default - way easier/lighter
- Default (intended setting to play the mod)
- Values set to 200% of default - way harder/heavier








The idea is to have a mechanism that represents accumulating / losing Stress due to an ongoing situation that you will have to resolve / compensate for as a player. This mod is Player only and I will not make it player and AI for performance and obvious balancing reasons.

Overall, this idea is to make the game slightly more challenging and immersive as well.

This mod makes the following changes :

• If more than half your vassals dislike you: +2 Stress/month
  
• If more than three quarters of your vassals dislike you: +4 Stress/month
  
• If all your vassals like you and you have more than 10: -1 Stress/month

• If your Head of Faith has a low opinion of you: +2 Stress/month
  
• If your Head of Faith has a very low opinion of you: +4 Stress/month
  
• If your Court Chaplain has a low opinion of you: +1 Stress/month
  
• If your Court Chaplain has a very low opinion of you: +2 Stress/month
  
• If you have 2 Sinful traits: +1 Stress/month
  
• If you have 3 or more Sinful traits: +2 Stress/month
  
• If you have 2 Virtuous traits: -1 Stress/month
  
• If you have 3 or more Virtuous traits: -2 Stress/month

• Ifyou are slightly losing a war: +1 Stress/month
  
• If you are losing a war: +2 Stress/month
  
• If you are badly losing a war: +3 Stress/month
  
• If you are winning a war with over 60 warscore: -1 Stress/month
  
• If you are winning a war with over 80 warscore: -2 Stress/month

• If you are slightly losing a war: +1 Stress/month
  
• If you are losing a war: +2 Stress/month
  
• If you are badly losing a war: +3 Stress/month
  
• If you are winning a war with over 60 warscore: -1 Stress/month
  
• If you are winning a war with over 80 warscore: -2 Stress/month

• If you are slightly losing a war: +1 Stress/month

• If you are in debt for over 6 years: +3 Stress/month

• If you are in debt for 4–6 years: +1 Stress/month
  
• If you are in debt for over 6 years: +2 Stress/month

• If you are celibate: -1 Stress/month
  
• If you are married: +1 Stress/month
  
• If you have lovers: +3 Stress/month per lover

• If you have a soulmate: +2 Stress/month

• If you are a journaller: -1 Stress/month
  
• If you have a confidant: -1 Stress/month
  
• If you are isolating during an epidemic: -1 Stress/month

• If you have living rivals: +1 Stress/month per rival
  
• If you have living nemeses: +3 Stress/month per nemesis
