* now uses the Free Camera button as a visual indicator which ULOD mode is enabled
* New keycode CTRL + SHIFT + [.] to toggle vanilla mode
* Added new option to start with vanilla settings
* lowered default settings (your settings will be kept)
* Added more fine grained dropdown options
