-Added several MIRV types for the experimental weapons tier. Usually, due to their high cost and complexity, MIRVs would be used exclusively for nukes, but for agents that are as powerful as [REDACTED] and [EXPUNGED], why not make an exception?
-The 'Heavy Rockets' technology now increases the maximum launch range of the non-MIRV chemical and biological ICBMs.
-Added fancy slightly-coloured trails for ballistic missiles, so you can more easily tell chem/bio weapons apart from nukes.

-Changed chemical weapons to produce zero pollution instead of a very small amount. This allows them to bypass the no-nuke timer. (WINK WINK NUDGE NUDGE)
