@Ventria You're right — once the owner of a completed legend kicks the bucket, the barony modifiers stop applying, even if the game doesn’t actually remove them. If the legend isn’t completed, the modifiers will stick around until you end it — and the owner dies. Hope that clears things up! :)

Quick question, I'm assuming that legends will eventually die out like normal for this mod. Its just that I started with the wealth one and didn't read it properly and basically traded my wealth for development and wanted to make sure this wasn't permanent as I think everyone is living in mud huts now my development is so low

After starting a new game with only this mod enabled, I was able to open the legends tab without crashing. Looks like this mod isn’t the culprit. :(

@Akatosarine, I don’t think that approach would work because any ruler can start a legend. For instance, what would happen if the starting ruler is a count, or if it's a king ends up as a count? Similarly, what if the current holder dies and their heir is a count? These scenarios create inconsistencies that I don’t have the spare time to address. Moreover, the intent behind the legend is to imitate holy legend vanilla behavior, where the focus is on influencing your realm as a whole rather than a single arbitrary section. Regardless, thank you for taking the time to propose something new—I appreciate your input! :)

@Lybraris Well instead of making a random percentage of a realm into your culture, could you not tie it to Titles instead? so first tier, a duchy you choose becomes your culture, then Kingdom, then 2 Kingdoms maybe?

Not due to this mod, but every time I try to promote a legend from a seed, I get immediate CTD. Does anyone know a fix? I've looked around but nobody else seems to have this.

Also keep in mind that the benefits and maluses only last as long as the legend’s owner is alive and controls the holdings/realm the legend encompasses.

Great mod! But I have a suggestion. Enriching Legend barony modifier is very rough on development, perhaps it could give a percentage reduction rather than flat? In my last game it long turn destroyed my realm's development

It's not about translation.
Your mod has localization files for English.
Due to the specifics of the game engine, everyone who plays the game in other languages ​​will see lines of code from your mod instead of normal text.
If there are no localization files for the language in which the game is running, the engine cannot pull text from other languages.
I understand that it is difficult to manually make localization files for several languages.
With the help of the program I mentioned, you can make a placeholder with English text for other languages ​​in a couple of clicks. This is better than lines of code.
The program can also do machine translation. Sometimes it translates really well. Sometimes not so much.
It would be great if the mod supported the languages ​​that the game supports by default. Even without translation.

@OldBrotha the mod does not include any regional legend. If you want to get a clue about the available legends you can look up the inspiration mod :).
