how do you get cannons for your own guys? keep getting dumped on by them but can't find my own

Because base game technology/time period is wacky and doesn't make much sense other than being Medieval

I would replace prosperity with Population and Susceptibility and have Plagues and Diseases.

Also some sort of mechanic like Industrialisation that multiplies production in workshops... and somehow increases the max population or food production in towns/villages like tractors as a tech

Can you maybe make troops use Pikes and Matchlocks in Tournaments so its less OP?

also I like playing with Honest Work, but that mod gives you a percentage of the towns gold instead of an hourly wage would be cool if you could work in towns too, like in a workshop or something.

Wish somebody would make an Era/Technology tree like CK4 with hundreds of years of tech.. like High Middle Ages, Renaissance... Pike and Shot to Musket Warfare combat. Maybe have gunpowder as an workshop good made from saltpeter and sulfur to make it expensive.

A lot of people seem to be reporting crashes - nothing has changed on the EoE side so I believe this may be due to other mod compatibility. Please try with just Harmony and 1700 so that you can rule out other mods.

Also since the last TW update it seems necessary to delete your shaders folder:

C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Shaders

You may also need to delete your configs folder at:

Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Configs

Can't wait for the Devs to add proper moding support for this game, Like hly fck is it annoying for the audience and modders to deal with this kind of sht!

Constantly updating, changing game builds just to play a mod, more than frequent bugs. It's unplayable.

Ok I really need to know: why is this (and the other Empire mod) the ONLY one on the workshop that results in a black screen when booting up?

What causes the issue with the c:\ drive? And why has it not been patched? Because, frankly, I don't want to have to partition my hard drive just for a mod, let alone a mod for a game that has this issue with exactly 0 other mods on the workshop.

I get that you're doing this for free - and power to you - but why upload something objectively broken to the workshop at all?

WHY TOURNAMENT ONLY MUSKETS?

I don't know if anyone can enlighten me on an issue. I played the mods about a month or two ago, and wanted to play it again. I can't seem to get the game to load into the game portion. I can make a character, but it sits in the loading screen after that. I've tried changing the version, and rearrange the mods, but it still get stuck. I'm just hoping someone can help me out. I have the old world in mod selection as well, but not on. I also tried loading it with the birth and aging mod. Any help would be nice.

Very fun mod, but for whatever reason the game crashes now every time i try to load a save or start a new game; I grabbed a script extender, but i can't imagine that downloading a script extender mod messed up the EoE one that bad.

@TheRealJosh Black Screen / Missing Gear / Missing Icons FIX
This happens if your Bannerlord installation is on the c:\ drive. The fix is to move your Bannerlord installation do another drive using the normal Steam method (go to library, properties, installed files, move install folder).

If you do not have another drive, Google "how to create a new partition in windows".

Alternatively, switch to the Nexus version which does not have this issue.

Anyone know why some guns and armor are invisible?

I have been kinda dissapointed since Bannerlord came out. Usually I dont love the mods, they go slow etc. and the original game doesnt make it for me. As for this mod, I installed it 1 hour ago and I am loving it.

This MOD is the best that has been released in a long time. Many thanks to the creators.
However, I have one suggestion for improvement. Please assign the artillery to its own group or leave it with the melee fighters. Gunners armed with a pistol and a shovel do not belong in the riflemen formation.
They are much better off with their cannons, defending them together with pikemen and melee fighters against cavalry that have broken through.

As the author pointed out in update log, recent update is not savegame compatible, that's why.

When I try to load saved game this error "this application faced a problem" appeared.

People getting crashes - update is not savegame compatible.

My caravan makes only losses. I loose large amounts of money each day from the caravan, not just its upkeep. I spend somewhere between 1000 and 4000 each day! At this rate I am broke pretty soon. In the base game the caravan makes a small loss for the first few days but then you make a profit. In 1700 my caravan is now running for two weeks and I have nothing but losses each day. Everything I saved up is gone, probably around 30K already on caravan expenditure. Its just sad.

My caravan leader is high in stewardship and high in trade and has extra investment in more troops. So whats going on?

Hello. How can I obtain artillery? Also, is it intentional that the bombardier troop line doesn't have grenades?

Unfortunately the game no longer starts when I click Play from steam, when I go manually through the file location and to the launcher then it starts and immidiatly crashes, so I am not even able to start a new game...
I tried to delete the saves from the userdata file location but somehow it is still not working....
