Because I always forget to remove at least a couple of things I included solely for testing, here's a quick update to get rid of those.

Update: 4 Jan @ 11:45pm

  • Family feasts no longer occur at all when the family is in seclusion due to a plague.
  • Family members outside the capital no longer come to family feasts if the capital has been closed off due to a plague.
  • Expanded the array of characters who can attend family feasts a bit more:
    - courtier friends and court musicians always come, even if they're not family
    - non-secret lovers can also come
    - close/extended family member vassals only come if they're close by, but otherwise come if they're councillors, have a court position, or are your ward
    - kinsmen vassals can come if they're your friends and reasonably close
    - family members and non-secret lovers who are in your capital province's pool are also eligible
  • Added four new family feast events for more variety.
  • Changed the weighting in many of the existing family feast events so lower weight is given to showing characters who attend the feast but aren't anyone of importance to you.
  • Added a new scripted loc category for referencing a court chaplain, so it uses their proper title.

  • Removed the extra (and unneeded) incest check from the activity seduction intent trigger.
  • Added some additional localization for how family members are referenced by name in the feast events (mainly so that, once families get quite large in the later game, everyone isn't simply being called 'kinsman').
  • Some small error-checking fixes and loc fixes.

  • Fixed the incorrectly-added skill modifiers for seduce and court schemes. Serves me right for not checking the error log when these were added. Should work properly, now.
  • Added the bizarrely-missed "mother-in-law" and "father-in-law" relation localization entries.

Updates to ANSF3:
  • Just a new "group event window" for the main family event and the family news event, which shows more characters in the event window. Purely cosmetic.

  • Reduced the negative modifiers on seduce schemes for "unwilling to cheat on spouse" by half, and for "unwilling to betray betrothed" by a quarter, so they're no longer as absolute. Also reduced the negative modifier for low target boldness.
  • Increased the contribution of intrigue to seduce schemes, but also added back in a negative modifier based on the target's intrigue level.
  • The forecast for success for seduce and court schemes should now be more accurate - still not 100%, but better.

  • This fixes the bastard pregnancy events which were accidentally broken by the AGOT compatibility stuff.

  • Added some extra conditions so female family members with Refuses to Wed who are suggesting introductions but who aren't heir to titles will still prompt matrilineal marriages if the candidate is lowborn or otherwise unimportant.
  • Fixed the "Time for Prayer" family feast so the portraits on-screen don't crowd each other.
  • Fixed a bad scope in the seduce scheme code.
  • Lots of small loc fixes.

  • Added some limited built-in LMF compatibility with A Game of Throne. I won't promise to keep this up-to-date with any changes AGOT makes in the near future, but for the moment LMF now works with AGOT's changes to marriage acceptance AI (taking into account Wildlings and matrilineality), seduce/court actions (so no more AI trying to seduce non-humans), and birth/pregnancy differences (most noticeable with paramours giving birth, but also now taking into account historical births).
  • Revamped the seduction and courtship AI. The AI should be more reluctant to cheat on spouses now (in terms of the array of traits that will stop an AI character from doing so), and courtier seductions/courtship now won't even be attempted against spouses who are reluctant to cheat.
  • A betrothed is now considered a "spouse" in terms of needing to be cheated on (thanks to AGOT for the idea).
  • A successful courtship scheme now won't get the option to elope if the target is unwilling to cheat on an existing spouse or betrothed.
  • Expanded the 'Confront about Lover' interaction to extended family and great-grandchildren, so long as you're their liege or above.
  • Fixed a bad scope in one of the lover event weightings.
  • Various small localization fixes and tweaks.
  • Added some localization for more distant relations such as great aunts/uncles, grand nieces/nephews, and great-great grandchildren.

  • Changed the event style used in the family feast events again - this one just a larger version of the regular event window but which fits three character portraits.
  • Added three new family feast events into the mix, for more variety.
  • Added some religion-related reasons why two family members might become rivals in the Acrimony family feast event, and moved the "this has been brewing for some time" option further down the list so it's not the automatic result.
  • Some minor edits, mostly for clarity's sake, on a number of the feast events loc text.
  • Took out a few more of the "had sex with" effects from the various lover events, so bastards aren't quite so numerous.
  • In a few of the lover events where the revelation of a secret affair was possible, made the AI lean far more heavily towards the event option that made that impossible (if one exists) even if it impacted the relationship poorly.

  • A quick fix for the central family event screen in ANSF3. Nothing major.
