Fixed headshot effect sometimes being huge.

Prevented iNPC from forcing g_ragdoll values even if "inpc_cleanup" was set to 0.

Added more compatibility with FiLzO's Combine Units +PLUS. This does not mean that all features of iNPC will work with Combine Units, just that it won't break it anymore.
